For agency owners

Put agents to work.Keep more of each retainer.

I work with you and your team to put agents to work on your own client jobs, with people briefing, reviewing and deciding. Agencies working this way can deliver more per person, making it harder to compete with them on price.

Your team’s time

You sell hours or retainers, but much of your team’s time goes on the work around delivery: research, reports, pitches and account support. That isn’t their fault. They haven’t yet seen agents do that work while people keep the decisions.

But an agency that puts agents to work every day can deliver more per person and keep more of each retainer. That changes what it can charge and how quickly it can deliver. The pressure reaches beyond production into SEO, marketing, sales and support, so waiting gives competitors the chance to find those gains first.

That’s why I work alongside you and your team on your own jobs. My agents build products, research and handle SEO, marketing, sales and support every day, keeping me involved in decisions about revenue, customers and growth. I do this myself, so we work through the briefs, reviews and decisions your agency needs to operate this way. A tool on its own won’t do that.

Where agents fit

Where your team’s hours can go further

  1. 01

    Delivery

Agents research, draft and build client work. Your team decides the brief, checks the work and approves what ships.

  2. 02

    Client reporting

Agents pull the figures and draft reports. Your team checks the findings and decides what to recommend to the client.

  3. 03

    Sales and proposals

Agents research prospects and draft pitches and proposals. You decide who to pursue, what to promise and what to charge.

  4. 04

    Support

Agents prepare answers to client questions. Your team decides which replies are ready and which need a conversation.

Contact me
  • If you need me to work under your agency’s name, we agree that in writing before the work starts, along with how confidential client work is handled. Bring any client restrictions to the first call so we can see what’s possible.

  • No. The work starts with knowing the job well enough to brief an agent and judge what comes back. I handle any code we need, so your team can concentrate on the briefs and the reviews.

  • We start with the tools your team already uses and the work you need done. From there, we decide where agents fit and what needs to change. I’m helping you establish a way of working, so the tools follow the job.

  • Their work changes: less time producing every draft or report by hand, more time briefing, reviewing and working with clients. If fewer hours are needed, you’ll need to decide what that means for capacity and roles. I won’t pretend that decision disappears; it’s part of the conversation with your team.

  • Learn is a day using your own business. Build is ten business days for one agreed outcome, with the scope agreed in writing. How quickly that changes your agency’s hours or margins depends on the job and how your team adopts the work. We can discuss a useful first outcome on the free call.
