Why I keep it
Sales, SEO and outreach keep coming back, but a chat needs a way to remember the work. I give each standing job a desk: desk.md holds the plan, a SQLite database holds the memory, and the rules say what the agent may do. It works the round; I make the decisions that need me.
WithSeismic’s business development and Vouchernaut’s SEO run on this kit. Desks for the same business share people, promises, holds and actions in one database, so a new session can see what happened and what is due. Worktrees use the main checkout’s database too.
The limits are SQL triggers, so they hold whichever agent writes. The database refuses sends without approval or earned trust, actions touching a held contact and approval of work nobody saw. Trust can be earned for a specific action, but permission to act stays separate and money and contracts stay with a person.
I’ve included the installer, shared schema, playbooks and worked examples, plus the desk and new-desk skills. Start by telling the agent what standing job you want to give it, so it can design the plan and tables with you and work a real round before you leave it a routine.
