Why I keep it

Anything commercial stays with me, but I don’t want the follow-up living in my head. WithSeismic’s business-development desk keeps the companies, deals, meetings and promises in a local SQLite database, so the agent can bring me what needs a decision and keep the agreed work moving.

The round starts with calls and what is waiting for me, works the inbox and due follow-ups, and checks the pipeline against signed revenue this quarter. A company’s relationship and a deal’s stage are separate records, so a promising conversation doesn’t become a sale by accident.

I’ve put those rules into desk.md and schema.sql. A won deal needs a value; a lost deal needs a reason. Calls need an outcome and a next step, while pricing, proposals and contracts always come back to me. The database keeps those distinctions visible as the work moves.

You get my desk’s plan, schema, CRM and mail playbooks and the three-email cold sequence I send to agency owners, with the private records removed. Put your own offer, addresses and target in place, so the agent has a working structure for your pipeline. Connect your own booking and mail scripts, or do those steps by hand.
