I built Contra's Indy.ai Chrome extension, which turned the marketplace's own freelancers into its supply pipeline.
- 35,000+ users acquired, and marketplace inventory doubled.
- Reached #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt, which brought in the demand side of the same loop.
The mechanic: every install becomes a crawler with a human attached. The inventory a marketplace can't scrape is inventory its users walk past every day.
